Throughout the 13 years I have attended ConfiDental Care, I have experienced a consistency in service and care better than any other dental surgery I have visited. As someone who is nervous when is comes to dentists – through a very bad experience as a young boy – I find the relaxed and professional manner of my present dentist very calming. I am at ease whenever I attend the surgery. Congratulations to Dr Faiz for putting together such an excellent team and in setting such a high standard of dental care.

We have been attending the ConfiDental Care surgery since 2003 under the expert care of Dr. Khalid Faiz and his team. His professionalism is of the highest order. In 2008 one of us underwent a complicated implant procedure which involved replacing 4 front teeth on the lower jaw. These implants were a perfect match to the adjacent teeth mainly due to the excellent laboratory technicians employed by the surgery. “It brought my smile back”

My dentist at ConfiDental Care, Dr Richard Brown, has always been very friendly, welcoming and informative when explaining various options of treatment. The thought of a visit to the dentist has never been traumatic for any of us, including the children! The care I have received from Dr. Faiz and his team has been over and above the norm. He has always known of my insecurity in “the chair” but puts me at ease, explains each step of the treatment process and reassures me.
