Our Practice
The ConfiDental Care practice is easy to find, located in South East Bromley on Southborough Lane along the parade of shops next to Budgens supermarket and near St Augustine’s Church. Find us on the map below.

If you are calling to book an appointment, we will need you to fill in our online registration form that will then be verbally checked on the day of your appointment. Click

Registration is only completed once we have seen you for an intial check-up.
If you are unable to fill in our Registration From online or if you have any difficulty completing the form, please call reception on

Demand for treatment is high and we must place emphasis on timely communication of any cancellations.
Once you have registered, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate appointment; a pre-payment of £30 will be requested for all adult patients; please note this payment will be refunded if you are exempt or have booked for a free consultation. In other cases, it will be used towards your treatment cost when you attend. This payment is ‘lost’ if you fail to attend/ cancel within 24hr’s. Failure to attend with appointments (for adults AND children) can result in withdrawal of NHS facility at this practice.
