We are careful to take budget, comfort, and appearance into account when explaining all the available choices and there is never any pressure to proceed, and certainly not on the day.
You are then welcome to proceed with a further investigation or just walk away better informed than before – your choice!

What to expect from your first dental visit at ConfiDental Care.
We understand that some patients may feel anxious during their first dental visit, but there is no need! We want to reassure you that we are here to help. Upon your initial visit, you can expect a warm welcome from the friendly dental reception staff, you will then be asked to confirm your name and time of appointment and be asked to take a seat in our pleasant waiting area where you can relax and watch a television program or enjoy the calming motion of our multi-coloured LED fish tank.
Your dentist will invite you into their room, where your first consultation will take place. This is an opportunity for your dentist to find out what you want from your dental treatment, examine your teeth, mouth, and gums, diagnose any issues you may have, and any necessary x-rays.
This comprehensive process gives your care team the big picture of your oral health, from which they can help maintain your good oral health or recommend a treatment plan if necessary.
