We are delighted to inform you that we are accepting NHS bookings for ALL PATIENTS.
Private Patients (those who may have more complex needs or simply wish to exercise this option) are welcome to book using the same protocol where they can indicate their wishes on the registration form).
To keep you safe we will continue to implement social distancing measures and use appropriate PPE to protect everyone in the Dental Surgery.
We request that ALL our patients (especially if you are elderly or clinically vulnerable) to continue to wear a mask when attending their appointments.
Having healthy teeth and gums is even more important now, as good oral health is essential in helping you maintain your overall general health and well-being; it is also important that children grow up with a positive attitude towards their dental visits and thus are monitored regularly.
There are a number of important changes to the way in which we must ensure dental care is provided safely. As part of social distancing measures, we will communicate via email as much as possible.
Please read the important changes to the way we will operate below.
1. Complete online registration remotely or onsite prior to ALL appointments
Before your appointment, we will need you to fill in our online registration form that will then be verbally checked on the day of your appointment. Click here to fill in our online registration form.
2. Booking an appointment in person
In order to maintain social distancing, appointments we encourage contact via phone call or email on info@confidentalcare.co.uk. Where not possible you will need to make payment and fill-in the online registration form onsite; please arrive at least 10 minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment (a single carer or guardian permitted to be with you). Please also ensure you are “travelling light” and avoid shopping bags, extra baggage etc.
3. Remote booking & paymentIn order to limit the numbers of people in the Reception Area, we ask that all payments be made in advance over the phone where possible. Transparency is important and we will always issue a treatment plan as normal.
4. Once you enter the Practice you will be asked to sanitize your hands and have a temperature check. If your temperature is unduly elevated, you will be asked to rebook or referred for onward care.
5. Additional measures
We pride ourselves on meticulous levels of infection control and prevention and will endeavour to ensure your Practice environment is ‘squeaky -clean’ for your protection. As part of this process non-clinical areas will be regularly cleaned with anti-viral surface wipes.
We would like to thank you for your patience, understanding by supporting our practice protocol. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to seeing you soon.
We are here for you.
